rather then just leaving negative feedback any issues buyers have please contact me as happy to resolve them. buyer left me this feedback with no communication at all. after i reached out to them and offered them a refund they were happy. they even promised to update their feedback but as soon as they for their refund they just ignored my messages. items do get lost or delayed in the post, these things happen but i am happy to resolve issues like this. a bit of communication goes a long way
