About this product

Product Information

Twenty years ago, Morgan Rowlands was the most powerful young bloodwitch to come around in generations - making magickal discoveries, facing and conquering unimaginable evil, and surviving a devastating betrayal. Her daughter, fifteen-year-old Moira, knows there's more to her mother's past than she's been told. And the secrets that lie in Morgan's heart could destroy Moira's entire world. When Moira learns two painful truths about her family, she begins to put the puzzle together - and realizes that someone close to her is in grave danger.

  • Morgan - 16 years later

The 15 book series, "Sweep" is very easy reading, but adults will be drawn in and find it hard to put down. Books # 1 - 14 focus on Morgan as a teenage witch with very strong powers. It reminds me of the "Twilight Series", as it follows the lives of highschool teens falling in love and trying to balance school and social activities with friends. "Night's Child" plot focuses on Morgan 16 years later. It does provide an overall recap of #1-14, so readers who have not read these books may be able to follow the entire story line. I do however, recommend the series be read beginning with book #1 - "Book of Shadows".
