I was annoyed that the $40 product required a signature at the door for delivery. Naturally, they come when I'm not home and my post office is 30 minutes away. After getting my purchase, I notice the cheap packaging was torn open and my hardware was missing. Rather then just reimbursing me for the hardware that I can buy from the Home Depot 2 minutes away, the seller ships me hardware that takes another 2 weeks to arrive and, again, requires a signature, not delivered, and another 30 trip.
