Long Lost Challenge
About 10 years ago, the pattern blocks in this book were considered technical challenges in knitting. Each of the blocks is beautiful and result in a family heirloom. Fantastic knitting pattern book!

The print is small and the directions confusing. I have knitted for over forty years and can read most pattern easily. The stitch abbreviations used in this pattern are not common to either American or European patterns. I am not saying it is impossible to do, it is just not very relaxing constantly flipping back and forth from the pattern to the directions. It is an undersized paperback book. Horrible condition and stinks. Love the patterns.
The book is in pretty bad shape and smells of smoke. I love the patterns, I had made them all and lost everything in the Glass fire. I just had to have it again, but so disappointed in the condition.

Received my yarn yesterday and can't wait to get started. Looking at the patterns, I think they will be challenging but doable. I may have to translate from British knit to American in a few of the patterns. I LOVE a challenge and love the finished outcome
