Item was packaged well and arrived in perfect condition. Unfortunately after installing the board, I was greeted upon powering it up I was greeted with a password required before it would load the O/S. Within the hour after notifying the seller, Oscar returned my call. A refund was issued quickly. Having been in the same business things happen. Oscar was surprised this board made it thru inspection. If the display was damaged this is an odd system impossible to stand alone test. No biggie.
