After many, many twists, with all my power, I was unable to get this opened. I contacted the seller, who ONLY sent me a message with two photos: one, to remove the outer cap first, then to twist inner cap. I emailed her back and said I am familiar with YSL nail polishes, both those and Chanel have outer caps you must remove. Without any further communication to me, she closed the sale. I would NOT deal with this seller! She sold me an unusable product with no recourse or communication.
