Keeps knees separate and better alignment which will makes for a much better night's sleep. Only just received it, but it's soft and comfortable as it's memory foam and will stay in place whilst sleeping. Like the fact that you can pop the cover in the washer. Comes in a little carry bag if you're not using it all the time. Overall very happy with my purchase, very reasonably priced and great quality. Would recommend.
