This was not a good experience I requested a refund as several parts were missing from the puzzle package. I sent pictures showing the missing parts. Seller stated I needed to send more pictures to show parts were actually missing. Than after all that seller will only refund the $18 price of the puzzle but not the $10 shipping fee. I feel since parts are missing therefore puzzle can't be completed at all i should be refunded the cost of shipping as well. Will just use Amazon from now on not Ebay

I'm new to the product and can't believe the hype is real.After laying a warm rag on my face and head for a minute or two...I apply this product and let it sit for three minutes then apply the same shaving product.After that...I use a Alum Block and rinse after a minute the use the same after shave and finally a shaving balm.Magic everytime! No more razor burns since using the productsNo complaints! Causes irratation
Immediately putting this on it started causing irritation. Just a slow steady burning feeling. Amazon reviews also confirm my problem. I have Proraso white shaving soap and love it. This feels like an overdose of menthol.

It appears to help in reducing post shave skin irritation, although I'm inclined to believe the irritation in my case comes from using the wrong blade or bad technique. Overall I think is a good product. I chose the neutral scented so it wont clash with my after shaves. I've read that is also good to apply after shaving to condition skin, but I have not used it like that. I have a tough beard and very sensitive skin. I have been using the Proraso pre shave, the tube shaving cream and the post shave lotion. I get a great shave with no irritation for the last 5 years. Tried them all, Proraso products are the best.

I put this on after my shower, let it set for a minute or two, put on Poraso shave cream with a badger hair brush, resulting in the smoothest most comfortable shave. I see now the importance of preshave oil or gel. It does not take much.
