Works wonderfully, my sister commented on how fast it works for her. The design of the laptop is a nice dark grey and very sleek in design. Good for either transportation and at home. I contacted seller to let them know also and they gave me som IT jargon about Windows making the RAM smaller…??? You ADVERTISED 512 RAM and sent 472! TF Anyhow be AWARE of this people. Hopefully it doesn’t break down b/c that fan constantly running was an issue I had too with my work pc. Job replaced it, kept crashing. Anyhow ok for the price.

I will buy from this seller again.

I will be looking for other offers from the seller as I need more PCs for more projects and I recommend that you shop with them as well. The particular Optiplex that I ordered was the best value I could find as well.

Product arrived in considerably safe packaging and appeared as displayed in storefront photos. Initially I was rather disappointed with the performance of a laptop which such reliable specs. So I sought out the seller to attempt and exchange or a refund. The seller responded quickly and did everything they could to: (1) troubleshoot functionality of the product, (2) accept exchange of the product when troubleshooting was still unsatisfactory.
