    Package arrived on time and have had good communication throughout the process. Despite being well packaged, one of the cups shattered. It was the chipped one so I'm not put out about it as I was going to replace that anyway. Put in a claim w/USPS, but found out it was an 'all or nothing' reimbursement. Since the rest of the set is in better condition than described, have decided to keep the set.
