    Buy new OEM for best results.

    This is an OEM product that is new - more reliable than a rebuilt unit. The old transmission can be rebuilt, but it is a hassle. Plus you have to open it up to determine the condition it's in and which parts need to be replaced. It is easier just to put a new unit in and be done with it. A unit sold as "rebuilt" usually has only a 30 day warranty and could fail after a few months of use. The term "rebuilt" has very little meaning, as it could only be minimally repaired. Too risky with such a limited time span warranty.

    Well worth the price

    Everything fit and worked as it should. However, the metal pinion gear was Rusty, but for the price I can't complain!
