    For the person that longs for traditional Scottish recipes

    Bought this for a friend who is a descendant of Scottish family. She grew up on their food and missed it so, I thought, lets see if I can find recipes for her. This seems to have some recipes she might like. (Haven't given it to her yet). Expect it is not by any means a thick book. Very thin with 48 pages and about the height of 1.5 checkbooks of normal size. Still, I beleive she will enjoy it. Nice pictures of sites in Scotland (not what the recipe looks like).
