    It fits. Liiiitle bit tight on the cat side. Had a mini heart attack after i'd cut the resonator out and I couldn't slip this over the pipe. Even after removing the rust on the exhaust it needs perfect alignment to get the pipe to start working in. Blackbox side slipped in without too much trouble. I would say, remember to install the resonator bit slightly upwards, want to be able to allow water to drain and not to sit in there corroding it.
