The 1st time i bought this product it worked great. This time the color cartridge does not work at all & the black cartridge is so faint that it prints gray. I made no changes to my settings. I can't return either cartridge cuz the printer won't print at all w/out cartridges in both spots, so I will have to deal with this 2 print anything while i'm looking for more ink. Disappointed 2 say the least. I know these were inexpensive, but they should at least work. No seller to contact. Do not buy.

Misleading picture to what ai received. I am very dissatisfied as these were the 252 not 252XL. It's half the size of what I was expecting to receive. Product image does not match product received. The remanufactured cartridge is half the size of display online.
