Le vendeur m'a contacté par message avant l'envoi pour s'assurer que j'avais bien compris qu'il manquait 2 pièces (lot d'occasion). J'ai apprécié la démarche. J'ai reçu le colis très bien emballé. Finalement, j'ai eu la bonne surprise de découvrir qu'il ne manquait qu'une seule pièce (mineure de plus). Le reste du contenu était impeccable, les figurines encore grappes et le vendeur a joint la notice manquante imprimée en couleur en complément de celle d'origine pour des bâtiments. Parfait !

Package arrived quickly in 6 days as advised via UPS. Very large package and a lot of padding for a small box. I asked for a concession on the postage (cost twice the value of the item, but I did not receive that).
One of the figures arrived with his head broken off.

You paid for a shipment from Italy to Spain for 16.99 euros, the price I paid for it, how can I discount it and have to lose out? Maybe you were disappointed that you didn't win the other auctions, but that's not up to me!
