Seller sold me a damage hot water tank. He said he will refund me the $40 the cost of the repairs and I only get a refund if I closed the case as u seen in pics he was told the case is closed and sent him pics showing it’s closed and still no refund. I do not recommend dealing with this crook at all. He does not honor any return policy and he will not send a shipping label and he will ask u to ship it at your cost so he can make you sick of dealing with him. Watch out the scam. Watch out

Hello dear sir,sorry for the inconvenience,actually we sent the brand new item for you without any damage,the thread of the gas inlet is G1/2",but don't know why it doesn't work on your fitting,we just the first time receive such a complaint,on the other hand,as we agreed i have issued $40 as compensation for you,you can double check your account ,we might not reply back timey cause we was out of office at that time,hope you will understand.Thanks
