Item was in great condition. The bottom tray is a little bent, it's unclear if that is from shipping, or not, but the item functions perfectly even so. Seller was great to communicate, and packaged the printer well. I would have liked to see some foam or something near the feet where the pallet was, it rubbed on some of the plastic and left marks, but nothing major. Great transaction overall, would recommend!
