The pics and description was for two new light bulbs. We received a single old dirty one. Messaged multiple times and they don't seem to even know what they shipped us.

Buyer indicated they received the wrong bulb and would not supply a pic when requested. Partial refund was offered if they chose to keep the bulb. Full refund offered if they would return the item.
