The length of the tube reached almost to the bottom of jug (approximately 1/2 of an inch above the bottom). The pump performed excellently which is superior to the nossel that comes with 5 gallon jugs (one does not have to be bending over). This seller administrated positive feedback that indicates the seller's appreciation for the buyer's business. Thanks for a great product and price. :)

It feels sturdy and is easy to setup. You will want to measure before purchasing so you don't end up in my situation.
