Installation is nothing like is shown in the installation video. Not a one piece repair. Individual buttons are trimmed from main holding panel and each button is replaced. Backing paper was extremely difficult to remove. Very frustrating. Then with all the installation difficulties it didn't fix the remote anyways. Very Very disappointing.

Sorry to hear you ran into issues. The main photo and product photo clearly show the part is made with individual buttons that will fit many different models of this similar remote. There is no video showing a one-piece install for this one. The included instructions show how to remove the backing paper easily with a pin. If it was difficult then you may have split the plastic layers apart instead of removing just the paper, which would make the product not work.
