    Thank You : ) Smugglers Emporium Tim Barnwell for the Portland Electric Chipper that works, was informed of some cracks, accepted this condition "as is" because seller said it works and had all the parts, then it was shipped in cardboard boxes with green bubble wrap assembled and minor wear on support frame and legs, push stick was damaged, indicating it was previously used, not new in original box un-assembled (see attached photos).
