You need this book if you are curious about vegetarian cooking.
I have relied on this book since its first printing, and it looked it. I purchased this edition because my original copy was too much of a mess after almost 40 years of use The information and recipes are wonderful, even for non-vegetarians. I don't know what I would do if it wasn't in my cookbook library.

I am a health nut want to be. I needed more recipes that utilized healthy ingedients. This cookbook has some really tasty recipes. The only problem I have had, is that I don't know what some of the ingedients are, but I'm learning.
