    Came in an Amazon box. Here's how they packed it: open box - toss item into the bottom of the box, take some paper packing and toss it on top of item, close box, tape the seam, apply shipping label. I received the item. Shook box slightly - and you could hear the item rattling around inside the box. The item was 19 inches long - and the box was 36 inches long. Item was not damaged. If I spoke with the seller, I would suppose this reply, "We didn't do it."

    Just perfect for my needs. as well as my old boys'

    It is just what was needed for my 14 year old Papillon. He is about 13 lbs and I put a non skid throw rug down in front of it and the next "step" up is an ottoman that is about 1" lower than the couch. He has arthritis and with his difficulty, this is something he feels secure in using.

    Exactly what I was looking for

    my 11-year-old, 30 pound dog with arthritis was constantly asking me to pick him up and put him down from the couch. My back was killing me and when I tried buying stairs they were too wobbly and he wouldn't use them. This is just one step up and then one more step up to the couch and is perfect. Very sturdy!

    Very good product

    I have a Black lab who is 12 year old. He struggles getting in /out of the car. He didn't like other ramps because they were often too narrow and they didn't feel steady. This one is all he needs. It fits nicely in the trunk. It is wide enough for him to use comfortable and the carpet is velcro-ed on so it can be easily cleaned.

    Just what we needed!

    My pet door, though easily accessible for pets from the inside, is about 10" off the deck floor on the outside. This works perfectly to give them a substantial platform on the way out. It is especially helpful to my little shitzu who has cataracts and has trouble seeing at night. It provides the security she needs! I looked & looked...so glad I finally found this and it was priced much better than brick and mortar stores. Thank You!
