Delivered part is obviously not new, nor in original packing.There are signs of thermal paste on heatsink, foam around radiator is damaged.Radiator itself is damaged as well. Zero reaction from seller.

The motherboard is working good one thing keeping it from going to full work load is it needs a new WI-FI card it is not seeing the old card.
