Darn grappling hook rope has a lot of stretch
I didn't know what to expect, but it works exceedingly well easy to deploy and easy to retrieve. Do not recommend for heavy people or heavy lifting

Feels solid but not too heavy.
Storm wind blew dock furniture into 20 feet of water off my dock. Used the grappling hook to retrieve both pieces. Power washed them as good as new. The tactical hook saved me over 400 dollars in having to buy new furniture.
