Great sounding pedal for the price
I saw YouTube videos about this pedal which impressed me, and for the price, it was worth a gamble. My expectations were not high because of the price and I've been less than thrilled with the sound of other products, in real life, that seemed great in video reviews. Some purists might say that it doesn't sound like a Fender Deluxe amp. It might not, but it does sound great! It offers a really nice range of tones from twangy clean to beefy distortion. I have a PRS with P-90 pickups, a G&L ASAT with single coils, and a Gretch hollowbody with Blacktop Filtertrons, and it sounds great with all of them, if I make the appropriate adjustments. I like Line 6's Fender amp models, and while this sounds a little different, I'd say it's on par with the quality of the 2nd gen, Pod Farm/Amplifi ... I saw YouTube videos about this pedal which impressed me, and for the price, it was worth a gamble. Every knob on this pedal is useful and causes a gradual (no spikes or sudden shifts) but dramatic change in the tone that is easy to adjust quickly. This amazed me - that a cheap, Chinese pedal would combine such nice sounds with progressive controls that are easy to tweak. Some more expensive units have you turning the knob, straining to hear a change in the tone, then suddenly shift wildly in a narrow band of the overall range of the knob. My only amp right now is a Shertler designed for acoustic guitars and vocals, so this pedal gets me close to the tones I'd get from an electric guitar amp. I'd definitely recommend it. It won't replace a tube amp, but for the price it's amazing.

The missing piece in my rig
This pedal may not be as great for every player as it is for me. It is exactly what I needed. I have two different recording setups for guitar and bass. First is to mic up my small champ style combo amp and use pedals to shape the tone. The second setup is to go directly into the daw and use amp sims and bias fx. Both of these setups have been mad perfect with the addition of these joyo pedals. I use the american and california pedals. The software i ise does a good job, but it is not touch responsive like a real amp and the attack of notes is weird and pointy. Including one of these pedals addresses both issues. Be careful with the controls because they are powerful. My little amp sounds great, but using the joyo to sort of soak up all the other pedals before going into the amp makes my ... Great but not very Fender(y)
Love this pedal but it's definitely not close to a real 57 Deluxe. It has it's own thing and that thing is awesome low and mid gain tones reminiscent more of an old Boogie. It cleans up ok but really it shines for crunchy stuff better.

Great Pedal For Guitar Or Bass!
I love this pedal, sound clean and smooth even on bass guitar! It's a toss up between the American and the California Sound as my favorite. I like them so much I ordered the British and the AC tone also. Cain't wait for them to come in.

Fender amp on steroids!
All the tones I like from Fender amps plus a much wider range. The voice knob lets you fine tune the overdrive and sounds very natural. Not for heavy metal, but if you like a cranked up Fender amp, this is an affordable, well made pedal. Also, it could be a lifesaver if your amp blows up on a gig, or if the stage is too small for an amp, or any size amp is just too loud for the job.
