Compelling, inspirational
This is a very compelling story. I never understood the discomforts, physically and emotionally, overweight people suffer daily. It is a story of inspiration as, by eating properly, the writer begins to lose weight and expand his world. It starts with a walk to the foot of the steps, then half a block, and soon he and his beloved dog are discovering the world they never knew was around them.
