Leute, bitte hier nichts kaufen. Hab Biefkasten gekauft, Karton an sich selbst ist sauber angekommen, rausgeholt hab ich aber beschädigte Ware ( Klappe ist verbogen gewesen und Gehäuse unten hat riese Delle gehabt). Bilder hab ich sofort zu Reklamation beigefügt.
Was sagt jetzt ECD, 4 Tage lang überhaupt kein Antwort, ,,Rückgeld hab ich bekommen alles gut,,, aber Rücksendungkosten 6,99€ müsste ich selbst tragen, obwohl ich als Käufer beschädigte Ware bekommen habe.
