    The item arrived heavily used (major wear and tear/damage) and also broken (permanently scrolling down when plugged in) despite it being advertised as a new, unused item in an open box. Supposedly there was some issue with the seller's supplier, and thankfully the seller was very responsive and was able to provide me a full refund after I sent them some pictures. The seller is quick to communicate and handle the issue, so this was probably a one-off. Could be much worse!

    Logitech is Great

    I have had several Logitech keyboards and mice and have never had a problem. They seem to last forever. This package of wireless keyboard and mouse is a great value. I love the ergonometric design of their keyboards: they support your wrists while you type and the keys are super smooth.
