      Nice utensile

      I've had a couple wal-mart quality pans int he past, way too flimsy . This unit is fairly well made, heavy enough to distribute the heat evenly. The only change I would like to see is a larger handle on the one side. The small knob is difficult to hold on to.

      Uneven cooking caused by being too big for my gas stove. 4 egg omelet is too much food.

      The open pan is bigger than the burner flame of my gas stove so uneven heating occurs. To get it to work properly I had to spread it over 2 burners which heats the plastic handles making it untouchable. It will also eventually destroy the pan by melting the handles. Another comment is it makes 4 egg omelets(2 eggs in each side) which is too much and I end up having to cut it in half. I would rather the pan be smaller making 2 egg omelets(1 egg in each side).

      What a great omelet pan!! I will never use a regular skillet to make omelets again! The handle stays cool to the touch! The pan is lightweight and easy to maneuver.. I bought 2!

      Bad quality

      This omelette pan has a defect even with oil it sticks the omelette so you can’t turn it to the other side of the pan.
