What a completely horrible stressful experience. I asked the seller for a discount in postage instead of the 4X the actual postage price listed. He told me he would refund me 1/3. Denied charging me the amount he charged, insisting I send him a screen shot to prove the amount I actually paid, and denying that he received the money charged from postage from ebay. Too many emails later, refunded me 1/3. Should have contacted ebay to work out the discrepancy, and not harass a customer and complain.

International sale. I refunded 1/3 the amount of shipping I was responsible for (per eBay/USPS) charges to help the buyer. She disputed the shipping amount she was being charged (not visible to me) and demanded I refund 1/3 of that, which includes import fees and her country's charges I am unaware of or reimbursed for. Buyer pays those fees. I explained that to her but she just adamantly refused any explanation and got angry. Sellers beware of International fees. Offer no refunds, period.
