The trading cards weren’t sufficiently packaged (soft sleeve & A4 bubble mailer) and were damaged, they told me they wouldn’t refund without a return (expecting me to pay) and said ‘open a case or don’t message me again’, so I did open a case as the cards were damaged beyond use. EBay told them to pay return shipping and to refund me, which they then messaged angrily complaining about and told me they intend to resell the damaged cards. Save yourself a headache and avoid like the plague.

you demanded a refund and wanted to keep the cards so if the cards where so damaged why are you offering to keep them if there unsuitable. straight added to the ban block list !
