    Awesome receipe for rib rub!!

    The receipe for the Cajun rib rub alone was worth the price of the cookbook. I've attempted to grill ribs several times but they have never turned out as I had hoped. With my new pellet grill and this rub, I've become the family's "rib master"!

    Great all around book on the history of pellet grills, how they work and great receipes as well.

    Beef rib recipe was awesome!

    Made the beef ribs and they were awesome! I would use a little less salt then the rub calls for but they were so good and almost tasted like brisket
