The seller was just fine. The product stinks. The magnets are so week they can't hold onto the microwave top. I tried the cover's magnet on something else to be sure there wasn't something over the magnets, it did attach to the laser pointer I used. It didn't have enough magentic power to hold that little laser when I turned it upside down. Don't waste your money on this product
