Top & bottom were already put together, had to install 10 braces between, 40 phillips screws and self locking 8mm nuts. Then 4 large phillips with 10mm self locking nuts and two washers per screw to secure the aluminum "basket" to the steel receiver hitch, does come with a hitch pin. I am a mechanic & it took about 1 hour start to finish. Was about 15 mins just to unpack, sort, inventory. Has a WARNING sticker on frame not to exceed 60 mph if fully loaded? Rated at 500 lbs. Pd $83 April 2024

For the price in $80 range when on sale is a great deal. It’s tedious to put together, but rather easy with 8mm and 10mm sockets, 8mm open ended wrench, and Phillips head screwdriver/power drill. It’s aluminum so rest isn’t a worry. Comes with hitch pin. I’m happy with my purchase and would recommend.
