The device (S23 Ultra) rated "Good" is in much better condition than I was expecting. It has a very minor dent on the top rim and a few minor scratches on the screen which completely disappeared once a screen protector was applied. Be warned that, although it says next day delivery, they will not dispatch until the weekday. I would definitely buy from this seller again. I'm very pleased with the purchase.

Being only ’good’ which is the worst refurb grading, I was worried the device would look like it had come via a warzone - I was pleasantly surprised that it was near pristine and as new. No idea why it was grade B. I’d definitely buy with confidence from them again. Be mindful your device won’t work until you’ve been in touch with the seller to retrieve the PIN code - or hack the Android bios like I did - they responded during the weekend within about 45 mins. Good service all round.
