Amusing film for Twilight fans
There are two reasons to watch a parody: either you really, really like the movies it's spoofing, or you really, really hate them. VAMPIRES SUCK will appeal more to Twilight fans than foes. The actors resemble the real Twilight cast strongly, and some scenes could have been lifted verbatim from the Twilight films except for the addition of a few jokes. Rather than a scathing skewering of the vampire film genre, VAMPIRES SUCK seems like a comedy version of Twilight. The angst-ridden teen romance is no more ridiculous than the real thing. The movie's not uproariously funny, but it does have some amusing moments, comparable to a good sitcom. Great Price, Disc plays
Took a bit longer than expected, but the price is unbeatable. At first glance, I was concerned because I noticed scratches in the lead in area of the disc. But I played the movie from start to finish without a problem. Loved that it came with the original case. Love this goofy spoof

Clever satire of over-milked genre
It's just a perfect spoof of the Twilight franchise. Doesn't take itself, vampires, werewolves, or teenagers seriously. Our top choice for annual Halloween viewing.

Mostly worked.
The dvd came warped. The beginning won’t play. Tried cleaning both the dvd and my actual DVD player and it skips the whole beginning. The rest of the dvd plays fine.
