I was very pleased with the shoes as they were new in the box, exactly as described and pictured, and arrived very quickly. However, I did not like that returning the shoes was not an option. I was very nervous that they may not fit my daughter and that they might not feel comfortable. I think that when buying shoes, the option for return should always be available. The shoes are beautiful, fit and are comfortable, but I was VERY nervous that I might be wasting my money if it didn't work out.
