I have been quite pleased with this seller. The product was exactly as described. Despite the very careful packaging one of the tiles did arrived broken. However when I pointed out to the vender that this had happened I received an immediate refund for this tile and it's shipping as well as a kind and sincere apology message. I would not hesitate to use this seller again.
