Przedmiot został wysłany w foli oraz papierze-brak odpowiedniego zabezpieczenia. Powinna być folia bąbelkowa, kilka razy zawinięta. Dostałem uszkodzony produkt, złamana końcówka której nie było w środku. Mam świadka, pracownika DPD POLSKA który był w trakcie otwierania paczki. Paczka z zewnątrz była w stanie idealnym. Niestety sam produkt, czyli pompa została uszkodzona wcześniej przed włożeniem do paczki, sprzedający musiał zrobić to świadomie.

We have sold 36+ of these pumps, none ever having an issue. Regardless, the buyer never contacted us directly stating they had any problems. We have since reached out to this buyer three separate times to figure out exactly what happened and most importantly, resolve their issue. We have yet to get any response from the buyer.
