The items were ordered on 3/12/2024, arrived on 3/28/2024. From tracking I could see that the package was with the USPS, Jackson MS, on 3/17/2024. I sent 2 messages to the seller asking for them to initiate a tracking request with the USPS but they did not act until I requested a full refund, on 3/26/2024, for non-delivery. Hmmm. I know they cannot control the USPS, but I’m disappointed that they would not act until I requested a refund. The belts are well made. I'm glad to finally have them.
