Thank you, insideautopart seller! The item I received, kit plug for clock spring, was as on the picture. I used it for to replace salvaged one on my vehicle. The customer service is acceptable. I had to contact the insideautopart
seller in regard to my shipment and it went through well. Based off of the history of the shipment, the parcel was dropped at Canada area and parcel delivery can be prolonged. But again, thanks to insideautopart.
