Wow! Really Surprised!
I purchased The system to use for band practices. For $90 I wasn’t expecting much. I had been using a wired in ear monitor, and it was getting in the way of moving around the room to give instructions on original music. Just opened the box and tried it out. Very easy to use, fast set up and frequency binding. Small, light, and very portable. I was amazed at the signal strength and sound volume! The sound quality is fair, but good enough to hear yourself sing. I didn’t hear any static at all. One note, it will cut out for a second or two if the volume is too strong to the transmitter. I just turned it down and it fixed the issue. Good unit to start with and maybe more...
I needed a unit for a one time 2-day band gig and thought this one might be worth a shot at a very good price. I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the build and even more amazed at the sound from the included earpods. Unit worker very well. The only hitch I had was somehow I kept getting substantial volume drops at times, but I believe that was due to the sound engineer possibly sending some heavy bass signal accidentally to me, and maybe a little too much other vocalists’ levels to me...sounded like it might have a compressor built in to limit these things. But after figuring it out and dropping the excessive levels (I didn’t want them that much anyway) it worked fine for remainder of the shows. Very pleased, and now I use it for my home studio so I can finally stop stepping on ... I needed a unit for a one time 2-day band gig and thought this one might be worth a shot at a very good price. Well, I was very pleasantly surprised. Despite some reviews to the contrary, when using this with a pair of Koss Pro4S studio headphones, the music quality is great, the range is long, and the volume is more than adequate for a noisy environment with headroom. A great price and stereo to boot. I've been a recording engineer for many years and I'd highly recommend this wireless monitor system.
