    Captain America Omnibus by Ed Brubaker (2007, Hardcover

    What a great read, fantastic story line with a fitting end to a super solider that has been around since world war I. It's to bad the wars of today cannot be fought with such courage and devotion I am truly ashamed at our country in how they send our men off to fight for oppression in foreign countries with one hand tied behind their back. Thanks

    ed brubaker slays

    some of the best writing from a comics great about one of marvel's most beloved characters. part of me wants steve rogers back, but the 25 issues of volume five which flesh out and ultimately end this heroes journey are enough to last for a lifetime. very highly recommended!
