Shipped fast and price was fair, although it did have a few surprises when received (temp was in Fahrenheit when I was expecting Celsius given it's coming from Ontario Canada, but I guess I should have asked first?). It also was not exactly as pictured since I received a volume knob missing the 06+ silver trim. I ended up reusing my old volume knobs. Item was in good working condition.

Part was broken. Sent seller pictures of broken part but they refused to accept the fact that the part was not in good order. Seller refused to give me a partial discount to make up for my time and the extra little part (which I feel was a fair resolve). I needed to repair it because the one they sold me wouldn't work properly. Part is used, yes, but it still needs to be in good working order. Very bad experience buying from this seller.

Nowhere here do you state I offered you a new one free of charge to make you happy and you refused … it’s good enough for you if you get money back and get to keep the item … but don’t want to admit you just have no idea what your doing and installed the cable in properly ….
