Seller did NOT ship the item/laptop on time and I never received it. I suspect the seller's account was hijacked since the seller claimed I provided a wrong address which wasn't true. Item was NEVER shipped and didn't refund me. I had to open a case with ebay to get refund. Would NOT do business with again. AVOID!
