For a used product, it came in the original box and was packed perfectly. I was beginning to think they sent me a brand new unit until I saw the build plate was used. It arrived a day sooner than expected, and I wanted to finish a few prints before reviewing. Super easy to use and prints come out amazing. Highly recommend this seller

Ordered a Used / Warranty Printer and it was shipped within a couple of hours of ordering. Expected the worst being used but I was happily surprised. Came in the original OEM box and the original Elegoo packaging is awesome. Everything was secured perfectly.
Printer had all of the parts to put together. Personal note inside was also nice which stated to call them directly for assistance on build if needed. Printer was pretty clean and fully functional as advertised.

I would give this seller 20 positive reviews if I could. The price seemed too good compared to everything else online, but it was a completely legit product, (Elegoo Neptune 4 Pro), and it arrived in great timing. What is amazing is that I had some issues with the printer, (self-inflicted), but their customer support is top of the line. I sent them pictures and someone texted me back the exact information that I needed with pictures in response. Above and beyond, especially at such a cheap price
