The card I purchased from this seller had a factory defect. I contacted them letting them know the card had a very visible defect an is not worth $2.99 + $3.98 shipping. I sent them pictures of the undamaged package they sent the card in and the top loader also undamaged. They argued back saying it happened in shipping and only partially refunded me.

That is an outright LIE, we refunded with no argument, and didn't notice any damage when it shipped, and have requested a feedback revision.
