Beat low price stand I have ever bought
Better quality than all the cheap "no name" brands. Metal is heavier and opens and closes smoothly. Legs are double braced but have a wider base than the knock off stands. Mine included a push button speed nut on top. But the best feature for me is the fact its got three sections of tubes going up and not two like so many stands. For me three gives me a lot of flexibility, I interchange stand parts all the time to fit the bill, and with three sections odds are the pieces will fit some where that I need it. Incredible value, Tama quality.
I've been a Tama fan since 1982 and their products never disappoint. The chrome plating is flawless and mechanical operation of the stand is butter smooth. I use a 16" crash for this stand and it is rock solid stable.
