    brings back memories! Worth the money.

    This is a second review of a CD and I purchased this one because of one song I loved many years ago. I had to google who sang the song and was pleased to find the CD with that song on eBay. I was so pleased as I actually knew a couple of the other songs and loved them all. What a pleasant sort of music to listen to and very easy to learn it. I am so pleased I did purchase this CD and I certainly didn't mind buying it for one song as it was cheap enough.

    Fantastic journey into a real folk singer,inspired by the day to day horrors and beauties ofDetroit, Haunting vocal quality of singer thrill your very soul,acoustic guitar on most tracks mingled with wood instruments give this soundtrack a wonderful synergy of life,reflecting the artist himself, If you are going to buy only one Rodriguez album this is it as it covers a wide span of his works and has been rephrased to give listener a clear vibrancy of the music which on the earlier albums is lost due to low end recording equipment. This is the man who inspired Bob Dylan ,Donavan and countless others of the political folk rock genre, Worth every Penney and until just a short while ago not availability in the US,
